Get started editing your videos with Shotcut Video Editor.
I designed this course to help you start video editing fast using Shotcut.
This is what you will learn in this training.
- A quick overview of Shotcut’s interface and tools, what they’re for
- Basic edits like how to trim, split, rearrange and join video clips.
- How to add and adjust transitions from one scene to another.
- How to add text, titles and annotation to your video
- Adding images and overlays to your video to create watermarks or logo
- How to add, remove and adjust audio like music and voiceovers
- How to create motion like pan and zoom with keyframes
- Multi track editing to create Picture-in-Picture and also green screen effect.
Each video lesson is kept short so that you can zoom into a particular lesson in the event you forgot how to create a certain effect. That way you save time without having to watch a lengthy video just to get to the part you want.
You should be able to create your video in about 60 minutes even if you are new to making videos. Once you are ready, there are also more advanced lessons to show you how to create videos with more effects.
